Leadership Team

Every member of CMHC has input into how the co-op is run, and we desire for the Leadership Team to be an extension of the parents' voices.  All the members of the Leadership Team are also parents of children attending CMHC who volunteer to make the co-op function.  The leadership structure includes a Leadership Team, who lead the every day workings of the Chiang Mai Homeschool Co-op, and then within the Leadership Team are Administrative Leaders, who take care of all the behind the scenes work that makes co-op possible.  CMHC also has an Advisory Board, who provide input, direction, and accountability for the Leadership Team.

Donna coordinates the building, setup/cleanup schedule, gate monitor schedule, and supplies.

Rachel coordinates weekly emails, website updates, the Facebook page, teachers' lounge announcements, teachers' lounge snack schedule, special events, and field trips.

Becca coordinates finances including the building rental and reimbursements for supplies.

Parent Groups Coordinator

Lauren leads the co-op's parent groups. She coordinates an optional discussion time about homeschooling and parenting issues during the parents' free hour at co-op.
