Leadership Team

Every member of CMHC has input into how the co-op is run, and we desire for the Leadership Team to be an extension of the parents' voices.  All the members of the Leadership Team are also parents of children attending CMHC who volunteer to make the co-op function.  The leadership structure includes a Leadership Team, who lead the every day workings of the Chiang Mai Homeschool Co-op, and then within the Leadership Team are Administrative Leaders, who take care of all the behind the scenes work that makes co-op possible.  CMHC also has an Advisory Board, who provide input, direction, and accountability for the Leadership Team.

Becca is in charge of processing new family applications, registering families, finances, child safety, and the building.

Rachel Vruggink (Admin.)
Scheduler, Communications, & Events Coordinator

Rachel is in charge of scheduling teacher's assistants, breaktime monitors, parent group snacks, and set up/clean up jobs.  She coordinates communications which includes emails, the website, and Facebook page.  She is also in charge of coordinating special events and field trips.

Judy Ginder
Parent Group Leader & Supplies

Judy is in charge of our Parent Groups at co-op.  She coordinates discussion topics and occasional special speakers. Judy also purchases co-op supplies as needed.

Sarah T.
Welcoming & Parent Group Leader

Sarah is in charge of making sure new families to the co-op feel welcomed. She coordinates the activities during the welcoming orientation and assigns buddies to new students. She also leads one of our Parent Group hours.
