We will also critically examine rival worldviews to the Christian faith to see if they stand up to scrutiny. The aim of this course is to strengthen the faith of students by helping them ask why Christians believe what they do as well as preparing them to answer objections. Some students may volunteer to participate as readers as we work together to voice various characters, but others will be invited to follow along silently and/or to contribute in other ways as they feel comfortable. There will be no required homework assigned. However, I will provide a recommended reading list for diligent readers who want to dig deeper and read more than we are able to cover in our class time.
