General Information
Thank you for your interest in joining the Chiang Mai Homeschool Co-op (CMHC)!
Who? Chiang Mai Homeschool Co-op is a collaborative effort of home educators from varied backgrounds. As such, we are looking for families with a strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond in helping; taking the initiative to do whatever is needed to make co-op run smoothly for all.
As long as all requirements are met, homeschooling families from all faiths and nationalities are welcome to join. The participating parent must speak English well enough to teach and assist in a class.
What? A co-operative group that offers non-core classes for children ages six to eighteen and play & care for their younger siblings. We are not a full-time school.
When? We meet Mondays only (11 weeks – September-November and January-March) from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm with an optional lunch hour following.
Where? Our rented facility is located close to the Superhighway (11) and Mae Jo Road (1001), near Central Festival in Chiang Mai.
How much? The membership fee is 1,500 THB per student (all ages) per semester. Registration is not complete until the 1,000 THB non-refundable fee (per student) is paid. These fees are subject to change based on rental changes and number of participants.
