The application is available as google form by clicking the below button.  You may not register for classes unless you have filled out this application and been officially invited to join the CMHC.  This is an application and not a guarantee of membership. Your application will be reviewed, availability checked, and possibly an English proficiency interview requested. Invitations to join are based on space available each semester and the order in which applications are received.

Applications are closed for CMHC's spring 2026 semester. Applications for CMHC's fall 2026 semester will open on March 23, 2026
