The application is available as google form.  Click the button below to begin filling out the application.  You may not register for classes unless you have filled out this application and been officially invited to join the CMHC.  This is an application and not a guarantee of membership. Your application and video, if requested, will be reviewed and availability checked. You will either receive an invitation to join or be placed on the waiting list. Invitations to join are based on space available each semester and the order in which applications are received.

Applications are closed for CMHC's fall 2025 semester. Applications for CMHC's spring 2026 semester will open on November 17.
