The CMHC application is available as a google form by clicking the below button. You may not register for classes unless you have filled out this application and been officially invited to join the CMHC. This is an application and not a guarantee of membership. Your application will be reviewed, availability checked, and possibly an English proficiency interview requested. Invitations to join are based on space available each semester and the order in which applications are received.

As part of the application process you will need to confirm you’ve read our Statement of Faith and Handbook, so please read those before beginning the application process.

Applications are open for CMHC's fall 2026 semester. Applications will close on August 3, 2026.
